The Angles of the Argonath

(A page in which Idril demonstrates her both her obsessiveness and her poor photography skills)

Rumor has it that the one of the Argonath statues has his right arm up when seen from the back. Actually, there's no error... it's a matter of perspective and the way the two kings are standing. (Unless you think I'd saw up my precious bookend just to prove a point.)

Front views (left arms up)
Back views (left arms still up)

But nobody asks about the real switcheroo. In the book it's Anarion on the right side with an axe. Not Elendil with Narsil.
